I haven't given feedback yet. It depends on how I deal with the person. She is refusing my offer of a lower price for shoddy goods, and wants to only refund some of my money (less her costs), which is unacceptable to me, as I am out some money and all of the fabric. I posted the seller's reply in another entry if you are interested.

I haven't heard of the bleach test, can you give the cliff notes version or provide a link?

Really simple test. Take some bleach (preferably new) and put a little bit in a clear glass jar. Baby food jars are perfect as you can close the tops and not have to smell the bleach while it is working ( ... )

Interesting. Her feedback rating is 98.5%, with over 900 total entries in the last 12 months. However, in the last month she's received 22 negative feedback entries, with 25 for the last 12 months. Many of those are for nonpayment as a buyer. 49 entries were "mutually withdrawn", although some of the comments in the negative feedback entries indicate that she uses threats to try to force people to withdraw their negative feedback.
