Good! But please PLEASE don't be afraid to ask, even if you think it's a "dumb" question. 18th century tailoring is different from 16th century tailoring in many ways, and it might throw you.

Ok, I do have a question... do you have directions on modern sewing techniques in the directions? And would it be worth getting a serger to sew the edges up for finishing, or is the inside completely hidden with the lining?
I keep telling myself I want a serger, but I keep putting it off... so now I am thinking maybe it might be worth getting to speed up the edge finishing at least, but I don't want to end up banging my head late at night figuring out sergers. Any thoughts?
