My first major carbs in two weeks. As I was tired of just having a salad, it was nice to add in a half-sandwich of grilled cheese. Yum! It was a good healthy bread with lots of whole grains, and was the best kind Rob could find at our local store, with no added corn syrup or other yukiies. I also made sure to eat most of my salad greens first

the healthy/lowcarb flours and such should be in sometime between Friday and Monday.
And, my boss tells me there's a vitamin place over by Lowes that has a lot of what we're looking for as well.
