Bread!

My first major carbs in two weeks. As I was tired of just having a salad, it was nice to add in a half-sandwich of grilled cheese. Yum! It was a good healthy bread with lots of whole grains, and was the best kind Rob could find at our local store, with no added corn syrup or other yukiies. took two packets and some paper bowls to w*rk with me. it's not bad..

the healthy/lowcarb flours and such should be in sometime between Friday and Monday.

And, my boss tells me there's a vitamin place over by Lowes that has a lot of what we're looking for as well.

Cornbread is a Southern Thang (olease, no eggs or sugar, thank you very much), but hubby makes it with mostly whole wheat flower now. I'm not a big bread eater, but I does love my cornbread. All the bread he bakes he uses at least part Whole Wheat .....
