Bread!

My first major carbs in two weeks. As I was tired of just having a salad, it was nice to add in a half-sandwich of grilled cheese. Yum! It was a good healthy bread with lots of whole grains, and was the best kind Rob could find at our local store, with no added corn syrup or other yukiies. I also made sure to eat most of my salad greens first.

We hope to be able to make good healthy breads at home in the future, once we track down more recipes and ingredients.

My tummy is happy, and so am I.
