Resnick is arguing with the medical staff. He is fine, and does not see any need to submit to an examination. This? What about it? It is just blood. You are doctors, you should know how easily the most minor of head wounds bleed. He does not have a concussion, so please stop asking him that.

Canids: they're gross.
He remembered a statistic: a human could swallow about a pint of blood before becoming sick.
He walked along, or more accurately was walked along by her to wherever they were going. He couldn't tell as all he was seeing was a good view of the Chalice's overhead lights.

Resnick looked a little chagrinned but grinned a bloody grin before wiping it off. Adette would have to be careful how far she extended that behavior or she'd find herself caring for entirely too many busted up clanners. Their breeding program encouraged near suicidal bravery sometimes, subsuming the human desire for children into the social desire to do good by the group. Of the ones on the Chalice, only Ranna seemed cautious enough, probably that famed Kerensky foresight.
"It is eerie how much she resembles her namesake, quiaff? I think you would have liked Natasha Kerensky if you knew her...Of course you can visit them, whenever you want. Just remember that they are wild animals and still growing." He'd feel pretty bad if Adette got hurt because she assumed the dire wolves were basically the same as the dogs she already knew.

"I think you would find the Jade Falcons and Steel Vipers obnoxiously stuffy." And compared to mister honoooooorrrr there, that was saying something. "But aff, we named them all for the fallen. Kaya and Isaac for my sibkin..." He wasn't immune to the temptation to brood himself and it was a particularly long lasting little bit of self flaggelation he'd done to himself, insisting on naming those two pups.
