His file, painstakingly compiled, shows the major war crimes of most factions in the Earth Sphere, including the various Zeons, the Federation, Britannia, the Word Of Blake, the Invaders (with a note saying APPARENTLY NEUTRALIZED at the top), the BeastMen and the Siberian Railway. The longest entry, however, is dedicated just to Luger Amwulf and all the various things he's done on board the Chalice, including a painstaking list of everything he's ever painted on his mech or those of his friends.
He's still got absorbent pads stuffed in his nostrils and it looks ridiculous.
