WHAT: After hearing about the renovations from Komachi and Lizzie picking it as a place to meet. Ritsuka decides he's just fated to end up in here today. Feel free to run into Ritsuka before Lizzie arrives or join the two if you like. Quick or pros. Either is fine,

Lizzie stepped lightly as she entered the Library. she was carrying a large stack of books and parchments, but she could still see over them and they looked light in her hands. It took her a minute to find her way to Ristu, forgetting at first where he would normally be. "Ah, there you are~" she smiled happily, though her voice was low since they were in the library.

She placed down the stack and the books gave a good thud. They were heavier then they looked. On top, under a few scrolls, was a book with a cover picture of a large family with Lizzie in it. It wasn't her entire family, but it was sizable anyway. Generations of family gathered around the mother and father. She took that book out first. "here you are. All the pictures are inside." The book was filled with the baby and family members of all ages, Lizzie also being in most of them.

"Hm?" Ritsuka's ear twitches when he hears the familiar voice and the forgotten task quickly jumps back to his memory. "Hello Lizzie." He greets calmly and lowers his own book and give a small smile when the collection of books around him grew even more.

The movement on the pages caught his eye before she explained that it was a photo album. He still wasn't sure which he preferred, the moving photos or the work a digital camera can do with still life, regardless it was always nice to see the captured memories.

"You have a huge family, Lizzie." He muses out loud and rest the large album on his lap before slowly flipping through it. "What's the baby's name?"

"The baby's name is Edward. Isn't he just so cute?" She touched one of the pictures where the baby was pulling on one of her curls and smiled fondly. "He is much stronger then he looks" she gave a small giggle, but nothing more. They were after all in the library.

"I don't get to see all of them very often, so it was lovely that everyone came to honor the baby's birth. I do hope that they will all come to my marriage when the day comes. You will too, yes?"

Tilts his head and pulls the picture a bit closer to spot the tiny baby in the sea of Middlefords. "He looks quite a bit like his mother." He smiles faintly, assuming the exhausted yet pleased looking woman just beside them was the mother. She looked... so much happier than his own.

"Heh, he does look like he has a strong hold on your hair there." The question of course made him pink a bit and feel slightly uncomfortable. That day seemed so far away and as much as he would of liked to still be friends with her and Ciel in when they were all older he wasn't going to delude himself into thinking the upper class pure bloods would still keep a middle class mixed blood like him as their friend outside of Hogwarts. "Yes, of course, if I'm invited."

He of course wouldn't say such a cynical thing to her out loud.

He's purring while studying? EEEEESOCUTE! And the tail! *dies of cute*

Al spent a lot of time in the library. It was understandable, considering his course load and that he had some... well, energetic roommates. He needed a break, though, the words of his Potions text were starting to blur together. Al stood up and stretched. This was mostly for show, but it WAS good to get out of that chair. He decided he'd walk around for a few minutes.

Surprisingly, it wasn't the tail that caught his attention- it was the purring. He blinked at the familiar sound and looked around, half expecting to see that his cat had somehow followed him into the library... but he saw Ritsuka, and the tail and the ears. Oh boy.

"Are you okay?" he asked softly. Purring wasn't usually a bad thing, but in this case, he wasn't totally sure.

He really like to study XDD

When the silence was broken he little study trance was broken and he could feel the slight tickle in his throat telling him he'd been purring... 'Oh for the love o-' Pinks a bit and clears his throat before answering.

"S-sorry, was I disturbing you?" He replies after a short pause to compose himself, keeping his back to Al and eyes fixed on that book as if it could somehow shield him from embarrassment. "A-ah, yes, I'm okay. Why do you ask?" He finally glances over his shoulder at him.

"No, not at all. I'm just... not used to hearing such a thing in the library," Al said quickly. "I was taking taking a break, that's all. Sorry for bothering you."

He looked away, reminding himself that Ritsuka was a boy, not a cat, and he couldn't pet him no matter how cute the ears and tail and purring were.

"Yeah, I just... can't help it sometimes." His tail curls around himself in slight shame at not being able to control the feline half. Like how earlier he wanted to bat at that paper ball, oh the humiliation. "And you're not bothering me either, I was just killing a little time while I wait for my friend."

Because cats and dogs mix so well xD

Browsing the books in the library, Toboe pauses at the sound of purring. Turning to find where it was coming from, he completely forgot what he was there for. Moving through the bookshelves, Toboe looks down each row, making sure he doesn't pass what's making that noise.

Seeing stacks of books not too far in front of him, Toboe moves around the stacks of books, trying to get a peek of what it was before he looked over.

Finally seeing a tail, his eyes go up the tail, until he sees a boy. Well...that makes sense. "Um...do you need any help?"

Said tail shot up in surprise when a voice breaks through his little book fort. Looks like he'd been doing it again, he really needed to get this feline blood under control. He looked to the left... books. The right? Books. Up! "A-ah, no, I'm okay. Just catch up on some stuff, was I disrupting your studies?" His ears drooped in shame, resting flat against his head.

ACK! Sorry! I've been majorly busy...

"Not really. I was just wondering, since you had all these books, if you needed any help." He was avidly watching those ears while talking to Ritsuka, Granny just taught him not to be rude and point those things out. Besides, he didn't seem to do much better with his transformations.

Ritsuka gave a glance to the books surrounding him, w-wow, he hadn't realized he'd let it get so high. "A-ah, well I've been gone for awhile and I'm just trying to catch up on what I missed. I guess I did go a little overboard..." Scratches his head a bit then looks up at the boy. It was then that he noticed that he was staring.

"Ah... Those ..." Point to an ear. "I don't need help with." He said with a slight huff in his tone. Ears drooping some and tail giving a flicker, but it was understandable. "I've had these since I was born." He says sounding more relaxed again. After all it was quite strange, especially or someone that was probably new to the school.
