Well, I got my first seconday application form.  :)  It's from MCG...figures, but that's OK!!  I have two weeks to get it done, so I have to decide on 3 people to write my recommendation letters.  Doh!

On other notes, I planted a herb garden yesterday:

i just met a family of armadillo's down near my dad's workshop. there were 4 of them sniffing around the leaves looking for something to eat. they didn't bother about my dad or me, and i got about a foot away from one of them.  then i tried to get close again, and the bloody thing started chasing me.  so of course i ran away.  i mean what if they ( Read more... )

So usually if someone tells you that they gave you the job, then you get the job.  right?  WRONG.  I got an e-mail from my soon to be boss saying that she's found someone else for the position.  THANKS!

Anyway, this puts me into a situation as I was supposed to move in with my friend (who has a job) fairly soon.

i feel so relaxed and refreshed.  it's amazing the effect you have on me.  it's like medicine.  anywho, lots of stuff is going on in el lifo of rebekah.  fristly, i got a job.  :)  it is in baltimore at the johns hopkins med school dept of neuroscience.  i will be washing dishes for some reallly awesome people.  haha.  i will also be getting an ( Read more... )
