Right. So you know it's cold out when it's colder in the "city with the most hours of sunshine per year" than it is in ALASKA (-9C!) or the YUKON (-32C). It's currently -36C without the wind chill and they have stopped posting the "feels like" temperature because -- well, I imagine it's because it doesn't really matter anymore.
