i ran ten miles on sunday and bled all day today. a disgusting amount. we made dinner. i'm coming to terms with the fact that sarah of kayfo notoriety is way sexier than me, but i'm way more well adjusted. we're letting kelani grieve over her grandma and I am stifling the urge to mother everybody.
i have blisters. i'm still going.

The great buckle down began on monday. my itinerary called for a day of cross-training, but it was too nasty out to swim, so i did an easy two miles and a half hour of stretching. today...i woke up relatively early, felt pretty good and went for a run. i kind of zoned out, and when i came to i realized i was at montrose beach, which is usually my cutoff, it makes the run about four 1/2 miles long. i kept going cuz i felt better than usual today, so i ran to the next beach and turned around. i was pushing maybe, 8:30 miles.
