REQUEST: Dean/Castiel, critter!angels, animal traits, profound bond, wing kink, voice kink, crack?

Something crazy happens to deepen Dean and Cas' profound bond to the point where Dean can perceive glimmers of Castiel's true form. He can see his wings, and hear traces of his true voice, but he also notices that angels are less human-like than he assumed: in addition to having powerful voices, they also make all kinds of other communicative sounds, which Dean is now able to hear! Sounds like chirruping, purring, growling, roaring, squeaking and whimpering are all parts of their huge range of vocalizations and Dean is weirded out, amused, and finally starts to think it's the cutest thing ever and tries all kinds of different things to make Cas make those sounds.

If and when the sex happens, I'm open to most things, would love some wing kink, prefer top Cas but also wouldn't mind him topping from the bottom. Just no scat or rape and no a/b/o, unless it's metaphysical-only - I'd rather maintain that angels' true forms are not sexed in any way.

I saw this prompt and I nearly squealed because of the original idea, the fact it's true form-related, and because it's so fucking adorable! I wanted to write it so badly that I pulled up my word processor immediately and started writing

I'm so excited about this - I would love to read the "lite" version here, but would definitely be interested in seeing how it's fleshed out, too!

Dean tries to categorize the noises, because if animals make certain noises for certain reasons, surely Cas is doing the same, right

Sam's an awesome brother. They live in motel rooms, and Sam could be teasing Dean mercilessly over his relationship with Cas, but he doesn't. And Sam's great about it. He happily gives them time alone. Dean knows Sam's thrilled about it, and Dean's grateful Sam doesn't get all mushy about it, which Sam could easily do

Another new noise. Dean has no idea what it means, but Cas is very gently mouthing and kissing at his neck as he pushes a second finger inside him

Dean loves kissing Cas. Cas puts his all into a kiss, even when he's doing other things to Dean's body. He enjoys feeling like the center of Cas' universe, which is how Cas treats him when they're together
