I see a lot of Top!Lucifer/Bottom!Sam fics, and while I do like it that way, I'm looking for something a little different this time...

Bottom!Lucifer is pregnant with his and Sam's first child (if you actually want to count Azazel as Lucifer's child, then Lucifer's second) b/c angels are carriers. Dean is far from thrilled... especially considering the fact that Lucifer is traveling with them until the child is born. It's not made any better by the fact that Lucifer is a hormonal wreck.

Dean and Sam join Charlie at a cosplay or larping event. Someone messes with real witchcraft and they end up hit with a curse that makes everyone think they actually are the characters they are dressed as. Since Dean and Charlie are dressed as a romantic pairing (like a queen and a knight or maybe something from another fandom?) they think they are wildly in love with each other.

Cue lots of enthusiastic sex and declarations of love.

Meanwhile, go wild with sam's costume. Maybe he spend the evening convinced he's Thor or batman or something.

The curse wears off and Charlie goes back to her usual self, mortified and kinda amused by the entire thing since she’s not attracted to Dean - at all. Dean however realizes his delusional night with her was maybe the happiest of his life and that he has feelings for her.
