Ohhh this was so quiet and calming, and perfectly written!

I loved all the little hints you dropped about Sam's new life; a girl, a dog and a garden, and I loved how having all of this meant that he didn't need to know the big answers to the big questions. It felt so true to Sam.

I loved too how you captured Chuck and his adoration of the mediocre, and the idea of the hugeness of God fitting into a small human. You captured him so well, especially his voice.

Thank you for sharing this, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Take care :)

Thank you! I'm quite fond of willfully mediocre Chuck :)

This was a wonderful exploration of Chuck/God as a character and I enjoyed it a lot. I liked that God couldn't quite fit inside of Chuck and that Sam asked a lot of little questions, because he wanted the muddling to have been worth something. Also enjoyed God actively pursuing mediocracy because it gave him a chance to have a rest. :D Lovely story.

I loved the explanation of 'Chuck' as a vessel that can't hold God's entire essence, that's exactly how I was seeing it too. And Sam's decision was very Sam, intellectual curiosity and independence. "I'd rather figure out the big picture stuff as I go." Kudos too for self-reflective Cas. Reading this story just made me happy.

Thank you! I'm glad I'm not the only one who had that idea about the limitations of Chuck's vessel.

This is so well thought out and wonderfully written! SUCH a great version of Chuck and his POV. I also loved the quiet conversation between Sam and Cas. The line about Sam always being the believer was so on point.

Really, really lovely work here! So well thought out and put together. :D

Thank you! Yeah, I think Sam has always been the "believer" on the show, and that's really interesting to me given all he's been through.
