Tom's dead. He was staggering around and looking really disoriented yesterday, so I knew it was coming. I felt horrible, though, because the power went out as this was happening and my mom made me spend the night with them at Grace's house. Basically we sat in the air conditioning while he sweltered in the heat on the verge of death. I was so angry
