Tom's dead. He was staggering around and looking really disoriented yesterday, so I knew it was coming. I felt horrible, though, because the power went out as this was happening and my mom made me spend the night with them at Grace's house. My birthday rocked way harder than I ever imagined. So many people have spoiled me to no end for the last couple of days; I am at the point where I wish I could give everybody a present just because they all deserve it for putting up with me all the time and then giving me presents on top of everything.
