I said this on FB but once again, I'm really sorry about the job in Beijing. *hugs* But this summer job sounds really awesome and I have a feeling you're going to really enjoy it. Just like, in my gut. I feel it.
Good luck with Relay for Life!!! It's an awesome thing you're doing.
Thanks! I think it's for the best. I mean, it means that I won't have to leave Rudy for a year, and that's definitely nice. :) And hey, if you make it out here, I'll be around!
I'm hoping to have fun tomrorow. I'm glad at least I'm on a team with mainly other adults and staff, so I won't have to be constantly surrounded by my students...
haha yeah, I can go back to applying to jobs in SF now. :) I had a dream that I moved out there, btw. You were in it! But the dream is hazy... I just remember something to do with drinks, it was sunny, and we were laughing. :)
Yeah, I feel at peace with it. I mean, I was excited, and I'm surprised they turned me down, but it would have been a bit stressful what with finishing up my program right now, and trying to figure out all the stuff I'd need to do to move to China. I may end up doing it sometime in the future, or going to some other country to teach English, doesn't have to be China. And who knows, maybe by then, Rudy could be ready to come with me. :P
