While I haven't had much of an idea of what I'm going to do after I graduate from Sac State, I at least figured I'd apply to the credential program there so I'd have that as something I could do, and the most basic, easy option for me. I finally got a call back from the SPCA today, and of course they already offered the position to someone else. I knew it, I just wanted to hear it from them, so at least I did get the phone call. Still disappointing, when that job would've been so awesome as far as money, hours and the actual job itself goes. Ah well, I guess I'm back to the ol ( Read more... )

So I went over to the Sacramento SPCA for my interview today... only to find out that the position I was interviewing for was a Monday through Friday, 11AM to 3PM position. I was saddened today because I sent Lindsay a couple of photos of the drawing (work in progress, of course) she had commissioned me for, and she decided she'd rather just not have me go any further with it. It is a disappointment and I feel like I failed a friend of mine. Thankfully she is very sweet and understanding, so that helps a little. I ( Read more... )

Here's the video of my performance at Midtown Stomp... I'm disappointed that I'm hardly in it. Wow, I'm just really not on here at all much anymore. I don't think I plan to be, either.
