I gotta go with Ten/Rose. I enjoy Katniss/Peeta, but the Doctor and Rose's story is pretty incomparable IMO.

Doctor Who

1. The first character I fell in love with
Ten. I watched TCI and was totally hooked.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now
Mickey! He grew so much from S1 and becomes a total boss in Pete's World.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't
Hmm... probably Amy. I don't hate her, I just feel like I don't know her, even after 2 years.
4. The character I love that everyone else hates
I love Rose, who is loathed by a lot of online fans. I feel validated that casual fans often identify her as the favourite companion in online polls. :D
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer
River. Was indifferent in S4, loved her in S5, and S6... was a trainwreck.
6. The character I would shag anytime
Jack, since he'd be up for it anytime. ;-)

Martha. She's probably the smartest companion, and is incredibly brave.

Nooo an impossible choice! Quid pro quo I guess lol.

Fandom-wise, I have to choose Doctor Who. I've been involved with it for longer and I keep coming back to it. :3

Harry Potter

1. The first character I fell in love with
Hermione. Like many fans, I identified with the brainy bookworm right away.
2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now
Kreacher. Finding out the truth of his story was heartbreaking. I loved how after the Trio showed him kindness, he took it upon himself to take care of them.
3. The character everyone else loves that I don't
Can't think of any atm, sorry!
4. The character I love that everyone else hates
Ginny. She gets so much hate even 5 years later. :-/
5. The character I used to love but don't any longer
Draco Malfoy. Until we found out his parents aren't really abusive and he's just an entitled racist jackass. I like to think he got a little more tolerant after the war however.

Sirius Black, pre-war.

Noooo that's an impossible choice! I loved Snow/Charming from the first episode, and of course Belle wasn't introduced until later. But Rumpelstiltskin/Belle gave me a lot of immediate strong feelings...

Barney. He's a cad but he's so damn funny and charming.

Patrice I guess. I find her annoying.

Not too sure. Maybe Kevin; I like Kal Penn. That said, the doctor/patient relationship trope really skeeves me out, maybe because of how much Professionalism has been drilled into me.

Well, I'm liking Victoria less than I used to... :-(

Oh no, I could never marry somebody like Ted. But then again, I don't want to get married. Anyway, Ted is actually the character I like least out of the five because he gets on my nerves so much. I love Victoria (I haven't seen the season premiere yet) and I'm glad she's back. So if we can only get rid of Quinn now, I'll be perfectly happy. Also, who the hell likes Patrice? She's terribly annoying.

Ted can for sure be annoying, but I love his dorkiness and romantic side. What can I say? :-)

Based on the reactions in the comments at the Barney/Robin comm, Patrice is adored by more than one person over there. I'm glad to hear I'm not alone!
