Holy shit, this band is so cool. So I ordered the cd from their website, and last saturday I didnt have it so I sent an e-mail to the contact. I'm waiting for my show to finish downloading. So I'll get my work thing out of the way. To put it simply I'm kicking ass. Sales have been up for 12 days straight, Customer thingy finished at 67% at 100% (55% is the company's expectation) got our first on in for this month it was 100%. I have come to the conclusion that I am a very fickle person. Sometimes all I can think about are things like, "Am I going to regret this when I get older?";"How long can I keep this professional, adult me around before I become that stupid kid again?". So far I'm kicking ass at this whole manager thing. If I keep up with how well I've been doing and improve on a few things I'm going to be really happy.

I went and offically interviewed for the GM position today. It was really scary, I did well though. I got the job, which means now I will make 500 a week with a possible bonus of 1,100 a month and a review in 30 days which will put me up to 525 a week. Good money for a 19 year old kid I think, because thats a possible 40,500 a year. My workload is ( Read more... )

Work is hard. I feel like I am getting kicked in the nuts over and over again. It sucks too because I'm trying so hard to make everything work. With so little to work with and almost no support it is very hard though. I dont deal well with failure.

So the GM joe walked out tonight. What a surprise, so I took it upon myself to say hey make me the GM. I think they might actually do it. I'm so nervous of failure though, because I always claimed to be able to do it and I will feel like a huge asshole if I can't. RAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Fuck it lets ride and see what happens!
