I will never, never wear skinny pants. Even my work pants are sorta big pants. It's funny, I started wearing baggy/big pants when I was in high school and my mom used to tease me and said maybe one day I'd be in style, which I was. I just can't let them go. I think part of it is the rave days and the other part is my love of disco, although if anyone asks about the disco, I will thoroughly deny it. ;)

Nice one :) Yeah big pants!
I remember at some point in high school uncovering that big pants began in the 20's with the zoot suit guys or what have you, those boys were stylin, rocking 50" bottoms, I'm so not even kidding you! there was a picture I remember with one guy in those pants and he had a girl on either side of him in flapper style and they were sorta pulling on the side of his pants so you could see how huge they were. tee hee :) so awesome.
My parents used to tease me about it too, naturally.
Oh and if I could go back in time, disco dancing glory is on that list, you better believe it!

I'll have to show you, at some point, my new fat pants. I bought them for work and was sent a size too small, so I didn't even take them out of the package. I set them aside to return them and then totally forgot about them. In the meantime, I've been losing weight and remembered that I had those pants. I dug them out and put them on and they are HUGE fat pants. If I lay them flat, the bottom of the pant probably measures 15". I want them to be a tiny bit more loose (again, I can't wear skinny pants) and I'll be set. They're almost dress pants, but they're so awesome, I'm going to turn them into casual pants. =)
