[She didn't even mean to press the 'yes' button. This is so, completely ridiculous. Six hours? No matter how smoking hot her voice was, this Saralegui person was going to be pissed. She wrote a list of songs on her arm, and bought lozenges and sports drinks...let's get this over with.

Santana takes a deep breath, and knocks on the door.]

She was pissed. Saya pressed "yes" by mistake and now she had to go around the place and marry a golden toilet. At first she wanted to just ignore it, but what if she had to do something even worse for refusing?]

[Even though Jade's still smiling like he always does, people who know him well would note that there were certain signs that definitely indicated that he wasn't in too good of a mood.

The first of this was that he was walking slightly faster than usual. The second? Well.]

[At the sound of someone's voice, Saya turned. Oh god, just who the hell was this person? She had no time, no patience and no desire to speak with him]

[Jade approaches closer, not enough to invade personal space but enough to demonstrate that he gives not a single damn as to whether Saya's annoyed or not.]

Oh, yes. You know, I've always wondered if it was possible for a person's expression to be permanently frozen into a scowl if they did it often enough. It's an old wives' tale, mind, but I see little harm in a little experimentation.

[It's possibly the most weird mission Gai has ever taken on, but it's for a good cause. A wish. Maybe it wouldn't be useful in the end, there was no telling what Excalibur actually could manage, but he'd said he would help Kakashi in his wish, and thus he would. Gai left messages for his team and Kakashi so they would know where he was if they needed him, and prepared.

As soon as Morning Training was over Gai made his way to carefully slip into Monk's apartment, attempting to be as stealthy as possible. It wasn't easy when carrying a paintbrush and three things of paint. He wondered if he could persuade Monk to actually be fine with this. It would be worth a shot, if the other man was home.]

[Monk had finally made it to the point in his morning ritual where getting dressed was now a thing. he was in a slightly better mood than usual, as the cooler weather seemed to lessen the sand that perpetually seeped through the cracks in his windows.

the mediocre mood makee it all the way to when he opened up the door. he just. stares at Gai, hand still outstretched to reach for his suit. he makes no motion to put it down or say anything, as if remaining perfectly still will will the other man away.]

[There. After seven trips to the Holocaust Mall, the kitchenette side of the apartment is finally packed to the rafters with potato chip bags of all colours and flavours and brands. All that remained was to eat them with a little help... then sew them together into the highest couture a potato chip bag could achieve.

Already, Minato had his doubts... but hey, food.]
