[As far as Katsura is concerned, the task he's been given doesn't sound too difficult. He plans his steps out carefully, first by taping a notice to his apartment's door to announce that he's gone whale fishing, then by going shopping for 'whale fishing' implements (A hat, and lots of rods) and then- ah?

Right, looking for Xiao Qiao. Wherever could she be?]

( luck must be on his side, he doesn't really have to look far-- at least if he knows who she is. She's on her way to the pool actually intent on making use of this "swimsuit" that she purchased with Feferi. )

After gathering up an assortment of...rods, Katsura heads off to the pool and he sees Xiao Qiao. He's never talked to her though so decides to go with plan 2.]

[If it was up to Keroro, he'd have chosen something more heroic. Like saving a princess maybe, or defeating an evil magician...Covering every inch of someone's room with post-it notes just seemed so common and everyday. But, details. He was on a quest now!

Wheeling a cart full of all different colours, shapes and sizes of post-it notes (as well as a couple of packs of paper and newsprint and glue for making "post-it notes" when he ran out of the real kind. Hey, no one ever said he couldn't make them.) and markers behind him, Keroro sings to the tune of that song he heard in the morning.]

[Since he got the message at 5 am he's been tirelessly preparing rice and seaweed for his great task!!! The quest makes absolutely no sense to him, but... a quest is a quest, right? And making food is what he's great at!

... the problem, however, lies in his artistic skills. He's made good progress in the height, so far, but it just looks like one big lump of... well... rice and seaweed.

This is the greatest challenge he's ever gotten as a hero, ever.]

[So, Madoka is preparing cakes to give to Karkat! And depending on where you are in Death City during these days, you can find a tiny girl trying to balance a few boxes of cakes as she hurries through the streets. Or a few buckets of chicken legs. She might accidentally bump into a few people here and there because it's kind of hard to see over the boxes sometimes!

Or, if you're at the Creeping Crypt, you can see a tiny girl carrying everything through the building.

Or if you're Karkat on December 6th, there is now a little girl asking if you would like chicken cake (and apologizing, too, of course).]

[And here is Mami, moving from her own apartment back into Madoka's! Her hair is tied up in a bun, rather than her signature corkscrew pigtails. The smell of delicious cake is wafting out from both rooms, and anyone passing through the 9th floor will probably be attracted to said delicious smell.

Anyway! Once Madoka enters her room, she'll find her partner back to work mixing up a bowl of cake batter.]

I just took out another cake while you were out, so that should be ready for icing [and chicken but she's not going to say that because GAG] as soon as it cools down.
