[Someone else is feeling just as lost. Everyone was talking about "swimsuits" on the magical little box, so Aurora decided that she needed to get one for herself too, if she would be coming along on this adventure. She was only 7 centuries off herself, wandering around in a great blue dress.

She feels a little shy on her own with all these strange people, but she recognizes Jules from when she first arrived (and remembers he was very polite) and lifts a hand to wave at him. Though he's a guy so maybe it's a bit bold of her, but...this is an emergency]

I don't expect them to! [ but when you need a new dress, you just make it! ]

No, of course not. All of my clothes were made for me. This one was my birthday present.

I should have expected as much. Here, they make the clothing... elsewhere. [Just don't ask him where.]

How does one find their...size? [She bends around a bit to look at herself. AUBREY HEPBURN SIZE small in the waist, kind of leggy, pretty much.]

You should ask one of the workers, I think. [It would be very ungentlemanly of him to measure her, after all.]

...I'm not entirely sure how they determine it, either. Women's clothing seems more complicated.

[How true. She's not used to people just yet okay.] Yes, of course.

Well it may look complicated but it's not so bad, really.

It isn't? [He looks at her dress again; it still seems far more complicated than what he's wearing. And it's hard to take off.] Even with all of those skirts and ruffles?

Perhaps this one is a bit complicated. [ looking down at it again. it is much nicer than any of the dresses she's had before. ]

Are you saying there are not as many parts to what you're wearing?

[dofaye]

Of course not; if there were, I'd look much fancier. And still, I wouldn't have to worry about petticoats and such like a woman would.

Men don't wear petticoats in your world, do they?

[ yes but...pants.

she puts a hand up by her mouth then and laughs, waving the other. ]

Oh well of course not, silly! That's just absurd.

[Pants are very easy...

He lets out a small sigh of relief.]

I'm glad we agree, I wouldn't want you to attempt to select skirts for me. Although that might be difficult regardless, given the skimpiness of the swimsuits in this store.

[ maybe for a guy who wears pants all the time. ]

Oh dear, are they really? [ she's not 100% sure what skimpiness means, but it doesn't sound good. ]

[He points to a particularly small bikini nearby as an example.
