We've had people die, and lots of damages were done around the city in different intervals. Is there another definition you were looking for?

The carnival was nice -- there were little troubles here and there, even with the carnival, you know. At least, that's what I gathered from some of the humans. [ &then a big smile! ] I think the winner should be proud -- it takes something in a male to pull off looking good in a dress! [ Yup, yup, that's his spheal~

I was indeed a participant, although I wasn't able to make it to the finals. I am Japan. [though, whoever entered him into the contest must have been one of the other Nations, to know his human name and enter him by it...]
