I enjoyed the carnival. I hope they come more often; preferably on times where there isn't much trouble happening around the city. Though the quiet can bode for so many things ... [laughter] The pageant was certainly interesting, however. Congratulations to the winner, though I'm not sure if that's something to be happy about. [he's probably sticking his neck out for a beating here ... ]
