He's walking up a flight of stairs, judging by the bopping he was doing, and it was an outdoors one since that's definitely the sky behind him.]We have a bit of trouble through the country, guys. The mall sales started all over and madness just rose with it. Riots everywhere and people turning crazy. Our ( Read more... )

[Have a man dressed in white with blue circuits all over his clothes, he's in the Watch Office.]

I guess that we will need to re arrange the Patrol's shift again to take care of this, we will try our best.

What's that animal on your shoulder? If... that's an animal.

[sighs.] No. By the stitching, most likely Professor Stein had something to do with it. Spirit would be better able to answer.

People sure get worked up over a good bargain!

You don't have to have a partner to go, do you?

No, you do not. Most of these are fairly simple and do not require a partner. You are more than welcome to group together, but it is not necessary.

It's evacuating people, right? It seems like it'd make more sense to work together. To me, at least!

Of course. But some are not as difficult as others, and there are those who may work better on their own.

I have a question. Since there are already Watch pairs in Europe, should the rest of the members of the Watch stay here and let other people go on the missions?

[he has to think about this for a moment.]

I will leave that up to you. However, if members of the Watch do you wish to help with these mission, I highly suggest checking to see who will be out and who will be in. If possible, work in some sort of shift schedule. That way there will be a sufficient number of members still in Death City.

My Watch shift is normally 6pm to midnight, so if I leave in the morning after training I should be able to help. If the mission goes well is it okay if I do some shopping before I come back?

Whoo-hoo. Does that mean we get paid to mess up people this time 'round?

[frowning.]

You do not "mess up people," but yes you will be paid if you complete the mission successfully. Any unnecessary damages incurred will be deducted from the reward.

[Oh, hey, look, its Stripe the Kid! Long time not seen, this one.]

Messin' them up or keepin' them calm, it's the same damn difference. Point is, we show our teeth, scare them into better behavin' and then we get money and loot.

I can work with that.

[....B| it is Death! not Stripe!!!!!]

I really wish you wouldn't put it that way. There are different methods when it comes to subduing others, and using pure crude, brute force is not one of them. This isn't some excuse for a brawl.

Eeeeh? That's not good... I'll do what I can to help out, Spirit! [He'll go out and do it all by himself if he has to.]

Spirit is currently unreachable, but I will relay the message to him. [unless he sees this later, in which case the man can just tell him himself. the great shinigami-in-acting playing messenger. sob.]

Oh! Thank you for letting me know! We'll get things back to the way it was before you know it.

Hopefully Spirit will see this message soon enough. I am only temporarily filling until he has a moment to respond.

But I thank you for helping with our current situation.
