I'm an excellent driver.*

Tesla Motors has unveiled their new luxury sedan. It costs about half what the Tesla Roadster goes for. Of course, I still want the Roadster. It's pretty. And fast.

And they're opening a store in Chicago on West Grand. So I won't even have to go out to California to get one.

Now we just have to win the lottery.

That's ugly. Even uglier than the roadster! Still, I'll take a closer look when I have time.

Yeah, I'm not crazy about how the sedan looks. The Diablo is a lot uglier than the Tesla Roadster.:-P

I don't imagine they're likely to make an electric car that we really like the looks of.

I like the Roadster. I don't really like many sedans that have come out in the last thirty years.

'Kay.

I was out to dinner with my friends J & N. J and I both do the movie quote thing, and you know Rain Man just has so many lines you can use for things. N isn't very good at it, though, and she'd never seen Rain Man, anyway. So we're talking, and something about driving or cars comes up, and N says, "I drive really well." J and I just kind of look at her and smile and keep talking. "No, guys, 'I drive really well.'" I think one of us said, "That's great, N." "You know, like in Rain Man!" She was so proud of herself for joining in like that. She was really upset when we told her she got the line wrong. Maybe she was more upset over how much we were laughing.;-)

She hates it when I tell people this story. She'd probably hate it more if she knew I was still telling it even though we aren't speaking to each other.;-)

It is a great movie, even with Tom Cruise in it.;-) Dustin Hoffman was simply phenomenal.

I don't think there's a Dustin Hoffman movie I've seen that I didn't like, from Midnight Cowboy to Kung Fu Panda.
