A full house again. My brother is back from Iraq, and my dad was able come home early yesterday. We weren't able to get his room cleared out in time, so grumpy was annoyed that his stuff had to stay in the car until we finished. We had an excuse this time. Clean, clean clean clean!
It's usually what I have to do when I move around. No choice this time. The temperatures have been pretty low at night, and it would be nice to use the space heater without worries of torching the house. I still haven't decided what I'm going to experiment on my family with during Thanksgiving. Maybe I could redeem myself by remaking a potato dish ( Read more... ) -
Better
Emotionally, but not physically. I've gotten pretty far along in my books, and I'm not running out of ideas any time soon. This makes me feel somewhat content, and the pain is easier to deal with. I'm starting to feel comfortable around people again, but still only in small doses. I'm probably gonna stop taking the new pain meds. It's called elavil, and even though it's an antidepressant tends to alleviate pain in people with fibro. Not so for me, and the vertigo is just too much. Well Shit on Me
I finally get out of the house, and I'm right back inside making as many doctor's appointments as possible and dealing with the lawyer. As of my 22nd birthday, I'm no longer on my dad's health insurance. Adding even more pressure, I need to go to all of these appointments before it's too late for the lawyer to make the deadline of the settlement ( Read more... ) -
Why Must the Stomach be Poked?
Everytime I see a doctor they always want to poke where it hurts. It's as if they don't believe when I say that I know where the pain is. They always have to find it for themselves. I'm starting a new medication because my doctor thinks that stress from the pain in my back is causing my stomach to make even more acid. These pills are big ones too. ( Read more... )
