For all you blogging junkies out there ...
I just added a Facebook account to my LJ and MySpace addictions. I use LJ for my journalling (duh, it's called Live JOURNAL for a reason) and quite a few of my students in guard are listed on friends on my MySpace. Almost but not quite a disaster
So rhis weekend is the annual Speidie Fest and Balloon rally here in town. The city of Binghamton basically closes one of the city parks to normal activities, and brings in numerous bands/semi famous people, lots of vendors, even more food (besides speiedies of course), and tops it off with a hot air balloon rally. Albany day 2
Yes, I missed day 1 ... Cliff notes version is we drove (uneventful), we arrived, we shopped, we hung out at the house, we slept sort of. Rae wouldn't settle down until 12:30 ... made the mistake of waking her to change her before putting her into the crib, and then it was playtime. ARGGGG

Halfway done packing
We leave for Albany in the morning to spend holiday time with Mark's family. Looking forward to this trip - should be fun. I don't think we'll go out a lot, but my SIL and I have some fun things planned to do around the house. And I just got online and did a quick search for letterboxes in her area.
