What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
Learned how to manage two children at a time in all sorts of situations
Did you keep your New Years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Yes, I kept my resolution to not make any resolutions, and did a wonderful job at it
Did anyone close to you give birth?
I did!!!!
Did anyone close to you die?
It was a bad year unfortunately ... my grandfather died in March, and my best friend died in August
What countries did you visit?
Stayed stateside
What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?.
Money and considerably less debt.

Probably August 4th, the day Jeanne passed on.
What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Having Raegan
What was your biggest failure?
Can't think of one, it was a pretty good year except for the death thing

When DON'T I suffer illness or injury? The lupus is pretty bad after having Rae, but I'm dealing
What was the best thing you bought?
Copious amounts of lattes at Coffee Cabin. Yum
Whose behavior merited celebration?
I would have to say Billy, for how he's dealing with Jeanne's death and raising their 3 year old on his own
Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Molly's. She's hit the "I know everything" stage and has gotten very mouthy
Where did most of your money go?
Not in my wallet, that's for sure. Bills and tripled day care costs.
What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Watching Raegan grow and experiencing all her firsts

None that I can think of
Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Happier in most ways, but sad at the losses
ii. thinner or fatter? Started out MUCH thinner while I was pregnant (lost 27 lbs.), but now I'm about the same
iii. richer or poorer? Poorer
What do you wish you'd done more of?
Putting money away in savings and cleaning the house

Spending money on stuff I really don't need,

At my SIL's house with the family

Yes, with my new baby girl.

None - not my style
What were your favorite TV programs?
Discovered "That 70's Show", also Beverly Hills 90210, Hell's Kitchen, Idol, Dancing With the Stars, and Kitchen Nightmares. Plus my usual amount of geeky documentaries on cable every weekend.
Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No, but I REALLY dislike some of those nasty blue haired ladies in choir

What was your greatest musical discovery?
Learning how to record and edit my kids's school concerts so I can make CD's of them.

What was your favorite film of this year?
There were a bunch - love all of the Pirates movies (finally got to see all of those). Joining a video club where you have unlimited access to rent videos for a monthly fee has let me see a LOT of good ones that I always wanted to watch but never got around to seeing.

Same old stuff. Played with the baby and Molly
What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Not losing Jeanne or Rae's twin sibling.

I'm not usually into politics in the slightest, but am following the Presidential Race pretty closely. Also issues in the Middle East concern me.
