I've been going to Curves regularly ... and trying to eat better. Today I printed out nutritional information from the various restaurants I frequent here in Cali Land. I have had a headache that borders on severe more often than not for about two weeks or so. I can't touch my head, I can't move it very fast and it makes me nauseous.
