Having gotten a ride from practice, we were just outside my house when we saw no less than three deer making their way across the street.

For those who don't know, I live in the city now.

I can only imagine that they made it all the way from Springbank to here, though the logic of that route is baffling. I wonder where they were going.

I'm finally finished school for a year or so. I'm not really sure how to react to this now that the long-awaited time is finally here. For a few days, I still felt like I was a student with a project of some kind looming over me.
