Instead of writing my year in review, I started watching the tv show Luther. (I came for the Idris Elba, stayed for the compelling drama). Then this happened.

My biodad e-mailed me recently. He is in Niger doing some insane, heart wrenching, incredible humanitarian work. He is the director for Samaritan's Purse, which is a christian faith based organization. They are doing amazing things. HE is doing amazing things. I just can't seem to write in here anymore. I open up new posts all the time, but I ramble incoherently and end up deleting instead of posting. Yesterday a co-worker died in a horrific car accident. The other driver was speeding and trying to pass in a no-passing zone. His truck collided with her Civic head on. He walked away. She was only 29 ( Read more... ) -

I kinda needed that lift. After a month of dicking me around, Hyundai decided they won't do anything about the epic failure of my transmission.
