[Kanaya wanders the woods for a little while, listening to the birds and otherwise just being alone. She's pretty sure that Eridan will want some time by himself in their hive--why else would he have taken off like that?--and she wants to give that to him.
Eventually, though, she gets tired of wandering and gives in to the urge to go back to the hive. She slouches up the steps of the porch, planning on just going to her room and curling up in a ball on her bed, and opens the front door.]
[She climbs the stairs to Eridan's room, thinking idly about picking up the living room but dismissing the idea pretty quickly. She has something more important to worry about.
