Tsuna turned to look at the source of the voice and blinked a few times at her. He then grinned sheepishly and gave a nervous chuckle.

"Dumping me in a lake would be nice of him. He's always coming up with strange ways to tor- er, train me. As for who he is? Reborn is my in-home tutor. He's this crazy 5 year old boy who acts like he's 50 or something. And is always pulling crazy stunts and trying to get me killed." Tsuna responds feeling the old argument against Reborn's crazy training style building up.

Instead of ranting at the poor bystander he decides to ask the more pressing question. "Do you know where we are miss?"

Tsuna shakes his head at her response.

"No miss, I've never heard of Lake Meridan. Is that... in Japan somewhere?" Tsuna inquires very much confused and wondering where on earth Reborn had taken him this time.

Kirby, now living with Lenalee and Allen, was almost always around the lake, looking at the fishes, swimming on it a little or maybe resting by the shore. Living near that lake was pretty good.

And even though it was a quite peaceful place, most of the time, when that boy dropped on the water, Kirby couldn't help but rush to his side, to see if he was OK.

"Ah, human alright?" He asked with clear worry on his voice.

Tsuna blinked at the round pink thing talking to him. An awkward moment passes as he tries to figure out just what he was seeing and if this was real. He figures that either one of two things was happening.

1) One of the mist users was playing a joke on him. (yet he didn't sense an illusion with is intuition.)
2) this was a rare breed of Box Weapon that could talk. (yet again that didn't seem right either)

"Ah, Yes I'm alright. Just cold, confused and lost. I'm Tsuna, what er, who are you? And.. do you know where we are?" Tsuna finally responds. Doing his best to be polite to the....thing.

Kirby, clearly relieved to hear that the human was OK and without any injures, proceeds to smile as he always did.

"World Somarium! Land of Dreams!" He said, clearly not worrying about how weird and farfetched that sounded.

Why, that's what people told him when he first arrived, right? Sure it lead to some confusion since he was from a place called Dream Land and people were thinking he was originally from Somarium...

Tsuna blinked at the pink thing and slowly nodded his head. Hell, he had been through worse than a dream world before. After all he had been dragged to the future and almost literally through hell.

"Ok. So I'm in a dream world." He would buy that until he got proof otherwise.

"So...Not to seem rude, but...what are you?" So long as the pink thing was there might as well try to figure out what it was, right?

The Lake is the exclusive territory of Gokudera Hayato. This may not be made clear on any map of Somarium or even a sign anywhere in the vicinity that says KEEP OUT, but everyone who's been around in the past month was giving a warning to stay the hell away.

And by warning, well, it was more of a threat, and the few people who thought it was funny to mess with him or joke about his clear message to steer clear, well they saw a nasty side of Gokudera Hayato that the 10th normally wouldn't.

But Gokudera hears the splash and he's coming on over, smoke flaring out of his nose as he fumed angrily around his cigarette, ready to annihilate whatever asshole decided to press him today and ignore his warning. He was not in the mood to play after spending a whole week in a damn sleep coma ( ... )

Tsuna was just about ready to fall on his knees and beg for mercy from whoever was storming at him when his Hyper Intuition kicked in and he recognized the voice. Sure enough it was Gokudera.

Smiling happily that he had found a familiar face he hurries over to the seemingly shell-shocked Gokudera.

"Gokudera-kun? Are you alright? You look like you've seen a ghost!" Tsuna asks worriedly, putting his hands on Gokudera's shoulders. He had been ready to ask what was going on, but making sure his friend was alright came first. Then they could figure out together what twisted joke Reborn was playing on them this time.

Holy Hell! The tenth was real, like really here.

Gokudera gaped up at him long enough to be embarrassing, then flushed because he'd almost forgotten how nice and compassionate the 10th was and he wasn't used to people being nice to him - not that he gave them much reason to be. Well, Yamamoto tried, but Yamamoto was also an idiot. It was his stupid default and it just pissed Gokudera off more. But the 10th was a good man and Gokudera was so unworthy of such kindness!

No, no, no these aren't almost-tears in his eyes. Gokudera Hayato is no crybaby. He's the right arm - and now he really is again, not just in theory. He scrambled quickly to his feet and beamed for the first time in weeks, that cheesy grin he reserves only for the 10th.

"Tenth!" he exclaimed. "Are you all right? You're all wet!"

As Gokudera recovered Tsuna breathed a sigh of relief. Perhaps the other had just been surprised to see him? That seemed most logical of all possible options.

As Gokudera jumps up and grins at him, Tsuna returns the smile with one of his own. No matter what came at them now, everything would be alright. He just knew it. He chuckles some at Gokudera's question and nods his head.

"Mmhmm. I'm fine. I'm not sure when I arrived...where ever we are, but I woke up when I fell in the lake. Eh, Gokudera-kun, do you know what's going on? Is this one of Reborn's training missions?" Tsuna inquires looking a little sheepish. He really hoped not. Things had just gotten quiet after defeating Byakuran! surely he deserved a little break from training.

"...haven't you heard talking too yourself out loud is a sign of insanity." Came a monotone voice from behind the brunette.

His dull green eyes gazed at the young Vongola boss. Fran had also arrived not too long ago. Unlike Tsuna, Fran hadn't falling into the lake. He landed some place dry and safe. And even if it wasn't safe, it wouldn't matter to him.

"GYA!" Came Tsuna's oh so eloquent response to Fran's introduction. Doing a crazy anime pose of shock with his arms in the arm and spinning around he sees the froggy-creeper and sighs with relief.

"Fran! Don't scare me like that. How long have you been here? Do you even know where here is?" Tsuna asks. he then blinks and looks extremely confused.

"Shouldn't you, we, not be in the same time?"

Fran shrugged his shoulders lightly."...A few minutes are so. And that's question of the hour, where are we? This place is not Japan or Italy. Maybe this is an illusion."

"We shouldn't, but I'm sure there are loopholes."

Tsuna calms down and thinks for a moment, focusing on his Hyper Intuition. Finally he shakes his head. "It's not an illusion. I don't sense any illusions in any case. And even if I can't always break them I can always sense them at least." He points out looking at Fran.

"Though that doesn't really get us any closer to figuring out where we are." He adds unnecessarily. Tsuna gazes up at the sky and ponders if flying up would give them any clues to where they were.

"Well, whatever brought us together, I'm glad I'm with you than with...almost any of the other Varia members. Especially Xanxus or Belpheghor" Tsuna points out, figuring that the apathetic Fran would relate to him on that point at least.

looking back up at the sky he mentions his idea. "do you suppose getting a bird's eye view of the place would help any?"
