"Ah...?" Nagi glanced over at the rather beefy man sitting nearby and blinked. If he was a spirit set to lead him in the afterlife, then he was certainly an unorthodox one. (And with crutches? Some sort of spirit for the handicapped? That seemed a bit much.)

"I suppose I am. Where have I arrived, exactly?

"A... dream world?" So this was a guide of some sort? "You mean to say that none of this is real, correct? We're both inside my head somehow?" Nagi wasn't sure how much sense that made. This man wasn't anyone he recognized, though perhaps the image had come together from a mix of people he'd seen over his lifetime. There were a couple people he'd seen in the Carnival Corpse with a similar build.

No getting out... Had he gone from one prison to another? If so, this one was much nicer than the last - at least so far.

Shiro was admitedlly a bit distressed. She had been looking for pretty accessories for Rise, but to be frank, Shiro's fashion sense wasn't exactly the best and she had had no luck so far in finding anything that looked half decent to give to her friend.

The albino finally managed to stumble her way into Espoir rather dejectedly when she heard a familiar computerized voice that she hadn't heard for a long time. Her red eyes widened and she beamed, her mood instantly taking a boost. "Owl!! Owl is okay! Owl made it to Somarium! Ganta will be happy to see Owl~"

There was a surprise. As Shiro approached him, Nagi's eyes widened too. What was that girl going here? Better yet, what was Ganta doing here?

"Ah... Y-yes... How did you get to this place...?" Perhaps he was hallucinating. This didn't make any sense otherwise.

Shiro paused in her skip and frowned. She wasn't sure how, she had really just woken up here. She was sure that Minatsuki had explained it to her at one point though.

"Shiro not sure. Shiro just wake up in Somarium. Where did Owl come from? Come from Home, right?"

Where had he come from? Blood and carnage. Death. And she had been there, as had Ganta... What was this place, really, if they were here now?

He smiled at her, willing to be simple for her sake. "Yes. From home." There was no reason to confuse the girl with any more than that. "You said... Ganta-kun was here?"

Minatsuki held a basket of flowers at her side, though she didn't seem to be paying attention to the fields or the types of wildflowers she was picking. She looked directionless and pale, as though she hadn't slept well in a while. It was routine, right? She had to keep up with her routine. Act normal and mind the shop until she figured out what the fuck to do with-

There was a stranger on the path ahead of her, and her thoughts paused at the person's stature, the outfit.

"No fucking way," she muttered. He was familiar to her. Owl. She couldn't remember his real name. In the G Ward, memorizing Carnival Corpse handles had been more useful to her. Ganta had been seeing him a lot lately. There was a numb shock at seeing someone else from her own world when nobody else had shown up in such a long time. She reached up absentmindedly to smooth her hair and called out to him without thinking over if it was a good idea or not. "You're Owl, right?"

Nagi froze as he was addressed again. While he was glad to see people from Deadman Wonderland free from it, he was still having a hard time coming to grips with the situation.

"Hummingbird," he responded with a nod. "I just got here, I suppose. Are you all right?" Despite his own awkward circumstances, her own appearance didn't go unnoticed. One would expect her to be more cheerful, being free of prison finally. Was her brother here too, then?

She slipped the basket of flowers into her arms as though they were an excuse for her current appearance. "You're asking me?" she said, lifting her eyebrows and ignoring the truth of the simple question

She wasn't very good at this whole 'introduction' thing, and usually avoided the whining cries for help that came through the Dreamberries when some poor new fucker landed here. Normally she couldn't care less. But she knew that Ganta would want to see this guy, right? Yoh-kun might, too. "Hey," she said, thinking of something then, "Is your collar off?"

"It is, yes." That seemed an odd thing to ask, given that hers was absent as well, but perhaps there was more to this that he was missing. He pulled his scarf down a bit to give her a better look.

If she didn't want to talk about what was bothering her, he wasn't going to press the issue.

Nagi gave a start, finding himself suddenly very close to blue fire. He pulled away, stunned to realize that the fire was, in fact, on someone's head. If that was an ability related to the Branch of Sin, it wasn't like any he'd seen before.

"E-Excuse me?"

Nagi raised an eyebrow, trying to decide how best to respond to this... person. "What are you, exactly?"
