Alright they really had to stop meeting like this. Though technically Allen had no idea who this person was in reality. You would think after over a year in Somarium he would come to expect such strange occurrences. Regardless he saw a person in great distress so of course he would try to help him out.

"Excuse me? Are you alright, sir?" Allen asked, offering a hand for the man to take hold of and pull himself up if possible. No one wanted introductions in such a humiliating manner after all.

Timcampy was snuggled up in Allen's scarf of course. He hated the cold and the wind which would not allow him to fly for even five minutes without getting a decent amount of snow thrown in his *face*. He eyed the man curiously and the cross on his front morphed into a question mark. Odd? Who was this guy? Why did he feel familiar?

The second he saw him approaching, Wheatley pushed his feet in the slippery snow uselessly, trying to scoot away as much as he could.

"No, I'm n-not! N-not in any s-sense of the word!"

In his panic, he had enough sense to realize that the boy was holding out a hand to him. His eyes flicked between the offered hand, and the boy's face. One could never know. Maybe he was trying to trick him. Humans did that to each other.

"You! I know you! You're... What was your name again?" He mumbled to himself, squinting at the boy for a moment. It wasn't very long until a look of realization shined through on his face, finally breaking him out of his blind confusion. "Allen? Th-that was it! You're A-Allen, right?"

Oookay. Was he intimidating in some way? Allen really couldn't see how. He didn't take back the offered hand though he was looking increasingly puzzled at the strong reaction he had earned.

His confusion only grew when the man spoke his name.

"Why yes, my name is indeed Allen. I don't believe we have met?" he asked politely just before Timcampy flew up from his comfy shelter and proceeded to circle around Wheatley.

"Huh? Tim?"

"Funny s-story. We actually have, j-just not like this... Ah!"

He couldn't help but wince slightly when he saw the bird thing come at him. Already he was half expecting for it to lift him up in the air, and then he blinked an eye open. As it circled, his eyes tracked it as it passed in front of him.

"Huh. You're a l-lot smaller then I remember."

[Until then, he'd been preoccupied with trying to work his legs properly enough to stand, let alone walking. He'd seen plenty of humans doing it. He had no idea how hard it would be. As far as anyone watching would know, he must have been stumbling around like a drunkard. He was so focused on just walking, trying to find someone warm, that he didn't even realize there were other people around until he slammed straight into one of them.]

S-Sorry! Sorry!

[The mumbled apologies kept going, until in the midst of dusting himself off, said 'Stranger' composed himself enough to look up to see someone holding out their hand. Instead of the usual grateful reaction though, he froze, a look of utter horror on his face. He hadn't thought that she would find him.]

You're not supposed to sit in that...
[has already deemed you an idiot--poor Wheatley]

[He's still sitting there, shivering, looking absolutely miserable.]

S-sorry, it looks like there's nothing else to sit on at the moment.

[might be feeling some of that somarium-induced kindness creeping in]
You're supposed to sit on chairs...I passed a restaurant a minute ago. They had chairs and it looked warm...

Warm...?

[Being out of the snow sounded wonderful, but he had to think on that word for a moment. He knew what warm meant to humans, of course, but he'd never felt it. It was meant to be a good feeling. So, if she was talking about getting warm, maybe what he was feeling was the opposite.]

Is th-that what I am? I'm c-c-cold?

"Are you all right?"

It wasn't every day that Ariadne found herself distracted by someone having a panic attack in a snowbank; it was well and possible that the cause could be as innocent as something like a misthrown snowball, or a lost battle. But this young man certainly didn't look like he was enjoying himself in any realm of the imagination, and her brows furrowed thoughtfully as she took a moment to pause and glance down at him.

As she'd called to him, he had only just managed to dust himself off, and was still staring at his new body, and currently poking at one of his arms and noticing how squishy humans really were. His curiosity was keeping him from realizing how badly he was shaking from the cold.

His eyebrows shot up to his bangs and his shoulders jerked as he realized someone was speaking to him.

"Uh... Yes? Well, not really. In all honesty, I'm not really sure."

"You're not sure?" She asked, frowning a bit more as she looked him over. She couldn't outwardly see anything that would be off, but that didn't mean anything; the chances of it being an internal issue was just as high.

"Y-Yeah. Sort of having a b-bit of culture shock. That is what you people say, isn't it?"

The last bit of that was more mumbled to himself. Honestly, talking to humans was hard sometimes after being separated from them for so long.
