[Alice decided to just follow orders, the heat of the moment insisting that she obey rather than wait to see who had attacked her and why. She started running. The men with their blazing purple eyes turned on Leon, a purple gem in each of their hands. They reached out for the lion, ready to implant the jewel on that slashed face.]

[Alice reached the tavern door, panting and trembling from both fear and the adrenaline running through her veins. She looked back over to Leon and called out to him.]

LEON! BEHIND YOU!

[She watched as three of the men seemed to attack from behind and she gasped when one made to grab him.]

[ Juri had seen everything that had been going on within this world, and was a bit angered. But when she saw that those horrid men were attacking a young and innocent human, she had to do something about it. So with her Artemis scythe, she ran towards them and cut them lose from the girls hair.

Once she was free, Juri pushed her aside gently and sliced them away. Once she was done with them, Juri turned to Alice, and swinged Artemis onto her back. ]

Are you alright?

[Alice had fallen to the ground when the men released her hair. She didn't know whether to scream or not when she suddenly saw Juri slice into the men and she covered her eyes, not wanting to see. When it was all over she shivered, looking up at Juri.]

Y-Yes. Wh-Who are you?

Oh that's good. I'm glad your not hurt.

[ Juri held her hand out to the girl. ]

I'm Juri Kuran.

[She tentatively takes Juri's hand and curls it and at the name she blinks.]

Kuran? You... wouldn't happen to be related to Yuki or Kaname would she? [How could she not know that name with Takuma being her brother?]

Demon fang! [A blast of mana shoots at the men, adding a few more slashes to take them out. He then picks her up quickly and flies to higher ground where she'll be safer.]

You okay, princess?

ZELOS! [She hugs onto him tightly, and in relief she sobs a little. She hadn't known if anyone would save her.] Zelos those men!

[demonspear]

[He holds her tight as he flies.] They're everywhere, I know.

[He then looks at her for any injuries.] They didn't hurt you, did they?

N-No... I'm not hurt. B-But please Zelos, I don't want to be here! [She looks down at the ground and shuts her eyes at all the possessed citizens watching and rioting below.]

[ Giotto had really only been out because he wanted to make sure no one he knew was out, but really he couldn't ignore a little girl's cry for help. Even more so when he saw the group ganging up on her. With his hands, and forehead lit with his flame he carefully attacked each person after the girl. When they were taken care of he turned to Alice, his forehead still a blaze with his sky flame. ]

Are you alright Little One?

[She was released and the pain in her scalp was quickly forgotten in favor of the newcomer. She stared at him for a moment, in awe, as his head was still burning. Despite being attacked... the first words out of her mouth were:]

S-Sir your head is on fire.

[onceaboss]

[ Giotto blinked in surprise when the girl commented that his head was on fire. It took him a moment to realize that she was talking about his Dying Will Flame. He really couldn't help the amused look on his face as he crouched down closer to her height. ] That it is. I'd make it stop but more of those men are sure to come. Why don't I take you home?

[ Because seriously, there's more coming. Giotto doesn't need hyper intuition to know that because he can see them... a lot of them. ]

[She glanced over to the men coming towards them and instantly inched closer to Giotto.]

Y-Yes please...

[The men were getting closer.]

S-Soon!

[A dart sails through the air and embeds itself in the arm holding Alice's hair, the pain causing an instinctive release. From several meters away Omi is rushing forward-- and boy does he look mad.]

Unhand her!

[Purple eyes turn on Omi, before Alice could escape another grabbed her from around the throat and she let out a whimper as the grip tightened. The men didn't say anything as they just stared at Omi, eyes glaring.]

[Worry flashes across his face as her throat is grabbed. It quickly turns to heightened fury.]

Cut it out!

[He whips out another poison-tipped dart as he draws near. Rather than throw this dart, he uses it like a dagger as he targets the arm holding Alice, fully intent to use either the protective withdrawal or the opening from a hit as his chance to scoop the girl up and take off running.]

[In pain the man released Alice and she coughed as she was released, stumbling forward and trying to get to Omi before she was grabbed again. One tried to catch her arm but she just narrowly escaped.]
