First off, if I haven't told you before, I really love that icon, and the episode it comes from. It makes me want to go out and buy the first season to watch it again. It had that adorable scene with Deputy Leo, where he was his normal horny self, and Veronica was so sweet in letting him down gently.

Though the gang of feminists beating up on the Dean's car was a lot much. Hooligan feminists? Ohhhkay.
I like that when Veronica blew her whistle, a fellow rape victim, Parker, was the only one who heard it. Very realistic. I don't know what it is with me and Survivor guys. Maybe because they seem more authentic than an actor playing a part? Or I like the tousled, unkempt look? I forget his name now, but the scrawny hairy blonde from last season I LOVED. Then he showed up at the reunion show filled out, clean shaven, and hair shorn, and I'm totally not interested anymore. His "wahhhhhhhmbulance" comment still kills me though. God, I'm talking to the wall, aren't I? ;)

I think it's not so much the number of gifts that impresses me but the fact that I get to LOOK at them and WONDER for a whole month. The mystery of Christmas is my favourite part! December 25 after all the presents are unwrapped is a let-down and kind of depressing, frankly. To be able to go slowly through and ohh and ahh one present one day at a time... That's, like, sinful. I plan to review and comment about the past few episodes of the season and episode nine ;) Hopefully I'll get that done next week :) lol anyways it's not like i have much else to do, NaNo is over and I'm on holidays... though I absolutely loved the episode and on someone else's lj in one of my comments I ranted on about the episode because i couldn't contain myself haha *runs and hides*

YES. I completely agree with you. The way that scene was filmed - Veronica's whistle, the two girls nonchalantly passing by with their laundry and Parker being the only to freakin recognize that whistle - was so awesome and sad.

It was cool to see Wallace, Mac and Piz working as a team. Also thought Logan and Veronica's breakup was well-done. It was inevitable, but the writers handled it realistically and for once I didn't want to roll my eyes at a TV breakup. :)
