So, Michelle Obama brought Laura Bush a gift.
The media tells the public that Laura tucks it under her arm as she walks inside.
Where ANYONE can see that Laura handed it off to the nearest guard when she walked inside...while on camera.

Oh, there is hope.
...and it comes in minute doses, surrounded by letdown, but boy, is there hope.
So. Bad news? I don't have an interview with Lowe's today. Apparently, nobody realized their HR manager was going on vacation.
Good news? Rescheduled for the 12th, which is after Midwinter.
Also, I'm calling Target :]
