Jubilee! (thelittlestbub) is going to hover between ★★★★☆ and ★★★★★. Why? Because she's been trained to keep out psychics. And she knows a psychic attack when she feels one coming in. She might even let something out just to distract a psychic and then put up more mental defenses against further attack.

And if all else fails, she projects Caramelldansen at them, until they go insane.

Jinx (hexyoutotuesday) ★★★★☆ : Jinx is a pretty messed up kid. She was brainwashed for a while and it drove her absolutely insane. There's so many mental blocks that her head is a terrifying minefield. Her emotions are probably pretty easy to get a feel on since she's moody as all get out, and they're pretty intense. It fits the "huge bursts of emotion" thing. But her exact thoughts will be really hard to access, if he can at all.

Rikku (sodisasterrific) ★☆☆☆☆ Free range with this one. Mostly you'll just get thoughts about food, cute boys, and lots of happy from her.
