He has defenses against mind control but not mind-reading. Nevertheless, he has a powerful will and a strong mind capable of focusing on one thing while shutting out all the rest (including his emotions), so it would take a bit of prodding to break him down. Not to mention he's a drug user, so his mind might be numb and difficult to navigate at times.

★★☆☆☆ maybe?

Yeah, he doesn't even believe in psychics so feel free to read ANY of his thoughts and pinpoint/feel him whenever he's having a some burst of emotion. Godmod away, basically.

However, be warned, for Raikov's mind is a place of homoerotic porn, constant narcissism, denial, and food. Perhaps that in of itself can be considered a shield to some.

Nagi Naoe // tots_prodigy: ★★★★☆. In canon, he's teammates with a ridiculously powerful telepath and it's not hard to assume that the shields were put there by said teammate to keep anyone else from poking around in his head. As far as emotions go, Nagi has to keep his under control or his own powers go haywire, but when he feels strongly it's REALLY strong and you're welcome to notice it!

Ken Amada // revengeslance: ★☆☆☆☆ He's probably not that hard to read at all, either for thoughts or emotions. He'll try to deny some of the things on his mind, though.

Kia WelBehenna // likesweiners: ☆☆☆☆☆ No mental defenses to speak of, so he's fair game for anything. In addition, he's gained empathy as a dormant ability so he might end up seeking Jomy out once it grows stronger - right now, it's only manifesting when he touches people and that's frustrating enough.

Poison Ivy (tokissity) - It's...kind of hard to say, actually. I'm not sure if it makes any difference or not that part of her make up is plant, so that may be an issue? But otherwise she's typically very good at controlling her emotions, and she's very guarded when it comes to more sensitive parts of her past. For convenience sake, I'll say ★★★☆☆ for her.

Laughing Beauty (deceptive_lulz) - This girl was buffed up by the military, so I'd imagine she'd have the vaguest hint of blocking. And I mean vague. However, this woman HEAVILY suffers from PTSD to the point she compulsively laughs constantly. She tries to keep herself under control, but the woman's bound for a relapse sooner or later. I'll grade her ★★☆☆☆.

I have to admit a lot of Vincent'a ability in this area is left up to personal interpretation. As Ergo Porxy he seems to have psychic links with AutoReivs infected with the Cogito virus. It's also possible he has some ability to influence humans (the other half of Ergo's personality seems to have driven two castmates insane). Proxies also seem to have psychic links with each other enough to sense each other.

The things is, except for the last one Vincent doesn't really use these abilities. And quite frankly as the genesis of his personality is so strange I just have no idea what be found in his mind. It seems likely however he be defaulted to having an impenetrable mind.

So I'm going to go with: ★★★★★ Yeah because Vincent is for all intents and purposes a god. Plus such a thing certainly alert Jomy something is strange given how human Vincent otherwise acts.
