Ohhh, I LIKED this. This was excellent! Thank you for writing it.

(this could believably be CANON. A LITTLE.)

I was on my way to bed and then had to stay awake to read this right away. It was so fascinating! You did so much here, and with such grace. Your characterizations and history felt so effortless. I just adored this tale of men who fall between gods and humans. It was so satisyfying. Thanks so much for writing this.

Thank you for the feedback, sweetie! :) I'm glad you enjoyed this! I so wasn't sure about the characterization because there was so little to go on for Jacob, but I'm glad to hear it felt right for him as well as Richard.

Thank you for the feedback :) I agree the possibilities for Jacob/Richard definitely seem endless. I'm hoping the fandom churns out some fic for them.

OOoh wow, I was so hoping for someone to write Jacob/Richard and this was seriously stunning. I absolutely love this take and your Jacob is so fascinating. It sounds just so plausible and feels so natural, and I really like what you did with Richard here and how you depicted the progression of their relationship. the part where he gave Richard immortality, the kiss and the ending especially were great. I love the whole Jacob-is-fallen concept actually, and the last two paragraphs just pack a punch. I loved it!

(Also, Zachariah is an awesome choice of a name. ;) )

Oh gosh! This was my first real attempt at slash, so I'm really glad to hear that the progression and relationship between Jacob and Richard felt right. Thank you for the feedback :D
