As someone entering his fifth round of law school finals (and I'm a TA for a Contracts class), I feel competent (cf. ABA Model Rule of Professional Responsibility 1.1) to give you some advice.

I think the best thing I can tell you is to make your exam experience as comfortable as possible. Get lots of sleep, bring millions of pens or pencils (but don't put them in your pants pocket and jab yourself in the side repeatedly in the side while walking to class), and make sure that you have plenty of food and water for the duration of the exam.

As for studying - well, you do what you can in the classes you know (so says the man ignoring his Distressed Real Estate exam's looming Wednesday existence). It all turns out all right in the wash; people who did way bad first year still got internships at Interscope, Sanctuary, and Universal/Motown where all they do is grab free CDs (and I think the copies of GTA:San Andreas that come to the label as part of the licensing deal). I assume they'll be gainfully employed later.

Remember your plant Ed? For your coffee cup, I suggest you take a tip from Lister in Red Dwarf and name it Albert.
As for latent violent impulses, we all have them. And if you feel the need to express them, take up martial arts. Anything Goes style of course. You can make up random attacks with really silly names.

p.s. we learned about the domestication of llamas in zooarchaeology today. Are you domesticated?

i am the most domestic llama I know. I bake, I saute, I vacuum, I knit. I even occasionally fold laundry.

We had a band called Kittyhawk on our wbar show last week, and they told us we were on their website (but forgot to send the URL). So I googled "kittyhawk llama" and found this:

http://www.buckhollowllamas.com/kitty.html

Best serendipity ever. I wanna go visit and maybe buy myself a herd sire.
