One of the new tools I'm using for studying for finals this semester is the classic that I've avoided for 4 other semesters. That's it kids, OUTLINING. With an open book exam, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense, if you can just index your notes (yay post it flags!) and if you know where everything is.
