Alrighty! So I'm back home with my family for the first time since May 2nd. It's the longest I've been away since my 2005 country-wide road trip. It feels really weird to be back here, almost like I'm a guest as opposed to an occupant. Everything seems larger and I seem smaller. Especially in tiny cars, the gas savings is unreal. Today I gassed up and the attendant told me I was the second least expensive full-up of the day behind a motorcycle. I can't begin to describe the joy I have only having to fill a small 8-gallon tank and knowing I can go 400+ miles on it while everyone else there is counting pennies. I used to make plans to get rid of my Geo but I may be keeping it for the foreseeable future.
