No idea if they'd do long-distance loans within Sweden, but in any case--it's over three hundred pages, man. I was thinking of scanning the living crap out of the book if I had managed to acquire a long-distance loan, but the thought seemed pretty daunting! Here's hoping I can acquire it from somewhere.
