Instant sound effects. Basically, the internet in sound effects form. We need a dirty Who one, obviously. I've seen a couple of Who soundboards, but not one that'd be very timecocky (let alone one that had oldskool sounds). I'd spend hours playing with one if you could make everything sound

SHOULD. That is awesome. I bet there are some stupid hygiene laws in the EU preventing animal cafes or something, but but but but. SCRITCHTIEMS.

It should work if they prepare and serve the food in a different location from where the kitties are, and then patrons have to bring their food/drink with them into the place where the animals are.

Actually, what would prevent it would probably be some kind of animal protection law. Although if they can allow cat exhibitions, I don't see why they should prohibit this sort of thing, especially if all interaction between cats and customers are overseen by human staff.
