I believe that it doesn't matter how many times I give up or quit as long as I start again. And I've started again, for probably the third time since June. I've unearthed the exercise bike and refilled all my scrips. I even have a new one, a once daily injection that's independent of meals, unlike the Byetta. Keep going, don't give up! It will be very worth it once you've started meeting goals. I know meeting goals is very incentivizing, so make lots of them, little ones you can do, and keep making new ones.

To help keep your blood sugar down, eat more whole grains with meals, and non-fatty protein. It hangs around in the body, fueling it a lot longer. And when you really need to get your blood sugar back up, try a piece cheese and some fruit, either dried or fresh. For some reason that gets into my system quicker than most things, including sugar, and helps a lot.
