We're packing to move and so you'll get a more complete review later, but THANK YOU so much for the quote that you used (I love that poem) and that you included some John Green-ness- I am so tickled at the effort you put in! It looks intriguing from the summary already- I just wanted to make sure I commented first :)

Oh wow. The narrative, the form, the calculated build of the romance, the skewering of the Romeo and Juliet trope while simultaneously using it and paying it homage. This was brilliant on so many levels. Absolutely spectacular piece of fanfiction here.

This was incredible. I loved the alternating viewpoints, particularly how they highlight Scorpius and Rose's respective strengths. I particularly enjoyed Scorpius's memories, but I might just be biased :) I also loved how you made their rivalry into the thing that brought them together so completely, it felt like it worked. You didn't need endless buildup to their relationship in the actual story because it was implied, and that worked really well in this story. I don't know if I made any sense at all just there, but I want to say how much I adore this.

Damn... this is definitely my favorite story so far in the exchange!!! I adore how you've set it up with the snapshots and writings by Rose. Really great stuff the entire 'we aren't Romeo and Juliet' and yet people can't help but assume that - Rose's breakdown in the head's study is just wonderful done and so is Scorpius' reponse.

Now I'm going to go back and re-read it immediately, because it is THAT good! :)

I really have to be careful so that my review doesn't end up being 10,500 words. I'm going to say straight off the bat that this is fantastic, and I couldn't have included everything I love in a story better if I'd written it myself ( ... )

There's so much left I haven't gotten to say yet. When the authors get revealed, expect a giant internet hug. I mean, you'd get one now, but I'm not sure who to hug!
